What we do
When an off-the-shelf assistant does not fit the task, we build an agent for it. We define the tools the agent may call, the systems it can read and write, and the points where a person reviews or approves its work. We use prompting and retrieval first, and fine-tune a model only where the evaluation results show it is justified.
